Indoor Mask Mandate Changes in NYS

As some of you may already know, New York State's indoor mask mandate expired last Thursday. That means masks are no longer required inside "hotels, stores, pharmacies, offices, and grocery stores" unless the business or local government says otherwise. However, statewide, masks are still required in "schools, public transportation, state health care settings, nursing homes, correctional facilities, and homeless shelters." New York City's mask mandates remain. For more information, check out this article from WABC-TV.

2022 Bulk Buy Application!

We are thrilled to announce that we will begin accepting proposals for our 2022 Bulk Buy Program! CityHarvest Workshop: Intro to Grant Writing

Start the New Year off by growing your grant writing skills and learning about what funders look for in a great application! Join City Harvest and our hosts at the Support Center for a three-part grant workshop series. In this workshop, you will discuss what makes a project compelling to a funder, and how to paint a vibrant picture of your organization and programs through the limited format of a typical proposal.

Register here. Please note that session 1 took place in January. For a summary, please contact Raffaella at

We encourage you to attend the two remaining sessions if you are able.

That's all for this week -- thanks for all you do!
