What You Need to Know

  • Episcopal Charities is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so your gift is fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our Tax ID number is #13-3902908, should you need it to complete your gift.

  • 100% of your gift goes towards funding transformative outreach programs, not overhead costs, which are subsidized by Board member contributions and Diocesan funds.

  • Episcopal Charities evaluates every program we fund via our Advisory Committee - a group of professionals in a variety of fields who assess programs' capacity for transforming lives. 

  • Episcopal Charities funds programs in the following categories: Children's Arts, Children's Academic Enrichment, Summer Recreation, Health and Wellness, Community Kitchens, Food Pantries, Skills Building, and COVID-19 Relief. To view programs we currently fund, click here

Will Your Employer Match Your Gift?
