Weekly Resource Round-up: Oct 5, 2021

This Week's Resources

As always, if you have something to share, contact SK Doyle, our Associate Director of Programs & Volunteers.

RII & M-H Feeding Programs: Plentiful Pilot!

EC is thrilled to be working in partnership with City Harvest, United Way, and the Plentiful team. Plentiful allows pantry and soup kitchen clients to make appointments and communicate with you, decreasing wait times and providing cutting-edge data analysis of your clients. The program is currently free for programs working in New York City. In the next few months, we will be helping to pilot the system in the Hudson Valley! If you are a feeding program in Region II or the Mid-Hudson Region and are interested in hearing more about Plentiful, please email SK!

Bulk Buy Application

Our Bulk Buy program aggregates demand to allow programs to order in-demand foods like fresh produce, proteins, and culturally relevant foods for free. To apply for this program, fill out the form here.

Consultant Corps is Back!

The ECNY Consultant Corps program matches volunteers with professional skills with programs in need of volunteers with experience and knowledge. We are excited to revamp the program this fall! You can read more about it on our website here.

If you're interested in working with a Consultant Corps Member at your program, we've added a proposal form to the website as well. Please feel free to reach out to me (SK) with any questions about how a CC Member might partner at your program.
